The Centre is a private practice furnished to our clients' needs.

Coming to a talk to someone you don't know yet about your private life, thoughts and needs can be a daunting experience. Therefore your comfort is very important to us.

 Many clients have commented on how comfortable the space is and how safe they feel.We believe that although the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors, the space provides an indication as to how much thought a therapist puts into their client's well-being.It is decorated in bright colours, you are offered a selection of teas, coffee, water or hot chocolate to help you settle in.

The Centre is always warm, clean and inviting and we provide cushions and throws if you wish.
