What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy helps gaining insight into what makes us who we are and understand our difficulties. By looking at thinking, feeling, beliefs and behavioural patterns,as well at individual history, relationships and motivation a greater understanding can then lead to positive change.
Depending on the nature of your problem, therapy can be short or long term and can be provided on a one-to-one basis, for couples, families and within psychotherapy groups.
